Product Information
Deeper and even more intense than the Farmhouse, this is a particular favourite with micropubs and their customers who want a cheese they can savour after six pints of Old Headbanger. Good with a dessert wine or a really hoppy beer. It is matured for at least 12 months.

Keep refrigerated. As this product typically falls within an average of £4 to £5,  your billing may change from the price displayed on-screen. However, the change will always be in the form of a price reduction.

Ingredient & Allergy Policy
Austen’s box building facility can at any time contain the likes of celery, lettuce and nuts. Due to the fact that we re-use our boxes with the same customers it is unlikely that any form of cross-contamination can occur, if you do have an allergy. However, while we do everything in our power to ensure this page is up-to-date, all product information (re: ingredients) is subject to change. Albeit unlikely, we recommend reading all labels throughly ahead of consuming any item.
