Orders Purchasing

#1. How do I order a veg box subscription?

Very easily. If you simply navigate to the build veg box page you can follow through the pathway to select a box, add extras and enter additional details to then simply checkout.

#2. Can I order a single product?

Austen's Premium is a veg box subscription service. This website is in place for new and existing veg box customers to facilitate adding extras to their boxes. This can be on a one-off/ad hoc or regular basis.

Therefore, there isn't the ability to order one-off single items if you are not a veg box customer. 

#3. How long does my order take to deliver?

During the final purchasing process of your order, you will be able to select which day (Tuesdays to Saturdays) you would like to receive your deliveries on. This will also be confirmed in your welcome email. 

Time Delivery

#1. When are orders delivered?

Box deliveries take place between 10am - 5pm on your designated delivery day.

#2. What happens when I am not home?
During the sign up process, if possible we ask for you to provide a safe place to leave your box should no-one be at home. This typically may be on the doorstep, in the porch, around the back of the house, with a neighbour etc. On the occasions where no-one was in and we leave your box, we will follow instructions from your driver and email you to let you know.

Cost Payment

#1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Amex, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

#2. How regularly are payments taken?

For a weekly or fortnightly veg box, payments are taken during the week to which your delivery falls.

 

Any regular extras that you add to your box, these will be taken in the same way.

 

For one-off/ad hoc extras, payment for these are taken at the time of order on the website.
