~Per Item. Class 1. The Garden Lettuce is, also known as round lettuce, has a deep green colour. As its name suggests, the head is round, with leaves that are crispy in the middle but becoming softer – and even deeper in colour – further out. The largest outer leaves can be a bit leathery with larger lettuces.
