500g. The traditional Rummo pasta. Obviously inspired by the sea, Conchiglie Rigate is appreciated for its ability to hold every type of sauce and ingredient. It’s exquisite with broccoli and crumbled pecorino wafers. Alternatively, pair up with a Mutti sauce.
