75cl. 11% ABV. This delicious sparkling white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is pale straw in colour with hints of green and a lively effervescence. The wine has delicate floral brioche with almond-like characters on the nose and a creamy palate, beautifully textured. It has balanced acidity and a long finish a wonderful wine for any celebration or special occasion.

Austen’s box building facility can at any time contain the likes of celery, lettuce and nuts. Due to the fact that we re-use our boxes with the same customers it is unlikely that any form of cross-contamination can occur, if you do have an allergy.
