They are packed with vitamin C, which plays a significant part in many body functions. As the baby plum tomato is small, it can easily be added to salads, and it’s delicious for snacking but being a plum type of tomato also means it’s a great variety to cook with. Roasted with a drizzle of olive oil and a few cloves of garlic will make a great accompaniment to any dish.
Keep refrigerated. Allow standing at room temperature for at least an hour before serving.
