Mix this flour with plain solid flour for a better rise, if that’s your thing — used in biscuits, muffins and crumbles. This flour is made from wheat grown and stone-milled on the Eckley family farm. They look after the crop from the day it’s planted right up until it’s harvested and stored in barns. Milling is a slow process that keeps the flour cool. Award-winning flour from the heart of Kent.
