All our meat and poultry is supplied by S.W. Doughty’s, an award-winning traditional butcher, with an ethically run abattoir situated in the pretty Kent village of Doddington. The Doughty family has provided customers in the surrounding area with top quality meat and local produce from known suppliers for over 100 years. Today more than ever, the provenance and known quality of meat supply is highly regarded by discerning customers. Our sirloins are from traditionally matured local beef, best enjoyed with homecooked chips, plus juicy tomatoes or mushrooms
