All our meat and poultry is supplied by S.W. Doughty’s, an award-winning traditional butcher, with an ethically run abattoir situated in the pretty Kent village of Doddington. The Doughty family has provided customers in the surrounding area with top quality meat and local produce from known suppliers for over 100 years. Today more than ever, the provenance and known quality of meat supply is highly regarded by discerning customers. Premium pork chops are generously cut by hand, lean of character, but with fat cover and rich, juicy flavours.
