180g. An award-winning product! A mellow, sweet, and warm pickle made from fresh aubergine, tomatoes, exotic herbs and spices. Gluten-free and suitable for vegans, it can be added to chickpeas, courgettes and onion to create a wonderful instant dish. Its delicious flavour can also be used as an accompaniment to curries and naan bread, stir fry, pies and salads. Mild in heat. Made in Faversham, Kent.
